I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were decent, but I didn't appreciate the noise from the gym activities and the wait for check-in was longer than expected. On the bright side, the staff were helpful and accommodating, especially with our service dog. The location was convenient for getting around, but the facilities could use improvement to make it more enjoyable.
